Refund Policy

1. Platform Fees

BuildMyERP charges the following fees for platform services:

  • BRD Publish Fee: ₹299 (INR) / $4 (USD) — a one-time fee charged when a customer publishes their ERP Business Requirement Document to receive vendor quotes.
  • Quote Submission Fee: ₹499 (INR) / $6 (USD) — charged each time a vendor submits a quote/proposal against a published ERP requirement.

These fees cover platform access, vendor matching, document processing, and notification services. Building ERP requirements and browsing leads remain free.

2. No Refunds

All platform fees are final and non-refundable. By making a payment on BuildMyERP, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • No vendors responding to a published BRD
  • Quotes not meeting the customer's expectations
  • The customer or vendor choosing not to proceed after payment
  • Accidental duplicate submissions
  • Change of mind after publishing or submitting

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. Vendor-customer transactions

BuildMyERP is a platform that connects customers with vendors. Any financial transactions, contracts, or payments between a customer and a selected vendor are between those two parties. BuildMyERP is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for refunds related to vendor services.

4. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with a vendor or customer, we encourage you to resolve it directly. BuildMyERP may assist in mediation at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.
