1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BuildMyERP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform description

BuildMyERP is a platform that enables organizations ("Customers") to define ERP requirements and connect with verified ERP implementation providers ("Vendors"). The Platform also provides project management tools for tracking ERP implementations.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the requirements they submit. Published requirements may be viewed by verified vendors. Customers should not include sensitive or confidential business information in their published BRDs beyond what is necessary for vendor evaluation.

5. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate company information during registration. Vendors must not contact customers outside the platform until a quote is accepted. Vendors agree to the admin approval process and may be suspended for misrepresentation.

6. Platform role

BuildMyERP is a facilitator — we connect customers with vendors and provide tools for requirement building and project tracking. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a vendor. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any ERP implementation.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, content, and framework templates are the intellectual property of YantrAdhigam Labs Private Limited. Users retain ownership of the content they submit (requirements, quotes, profile information).

8. Limitation of liability

BuildMyERP is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us, if any. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
